Our mission
Our venture offers teachers academic coaching roles to supplement their income, particularly benefiting those in major cities with high living costs. This initiative not only alleviates financial pressures but also prevents teacher burnout by freeing up time for their well-being. Ultimately, it reduces mid-year departures, ensuring continuous access to quality education for students in public schools.
Our founder
Satoshi Suga is the founder of Trusted Network and brings over 15 years of experience in education to his work as an academic coach and mentor.
Before transitioning into education, Satoshi worked in research and development as an electrical and systems engineer. His passion for teaching led him to pursue graduate studies in science education at Stanford, where he shifted his career toward student-centered learning and academic coaching. His teaching repertoire is eclectic, spanning private SAT and AP-level tutoring in STEM and foreign language subjects, preparation for Certificate of Merit piano evaluations, and advising engineering master’s students on capstone theses.
He has been recognized as a Fellow by the Knowles Teacher Initiative and the Exploratorium Teacher Institute, and he serves on the Executive Alumni Board for the Stanford Graduate School of Education. Satoshi is also a two-time recipient of the Stanford Associates Award (2022, 2024), which honors alumni for outstanding volunteer service.
Outside the classroom, Satoshi enjoys rowing, playing volleyball, and composing and performing music.
