Why families come to us early
Admissions is decided years before the application. Grades take time to build, real experience takes time to accumulate, and the maturity that shows in a great essay has to be lived first. In the era of AI (artificial intelligence), polish stops differentiating; what stands out is years of genuine work, a project that actually exists, and a voice that sounds like a real person. So we design those years deliberately, from as early as Class 8.

Trusted Network of Teachers was founded by Satoshi Suga: a career educator who has guided hundreds of students toward top universities, with a Stanford master’s in the science of learning, a Yale MBA, and an engineering career before any of the advising. He leads the admissions practice with Jose Magaña, a former Stanford University admissions officer. Every coach is a working classroom teacher, personally vetted by our founder, and the first conversation is with him: free and unhurried. We never promise an admission; we promise honest, credentialed guidance at every step.
